Relationships are the linchpin to your Leadership! You are responsible as a leader for those you serve. The way you respond when leading is a direct reflection of your emotional intelligence in handling your employees and home life. The better you are as a leader the better your personal relationships will be. Being self aware of how you response is in situations (i.e. Do you play passive aggressive victim or angry authoritative narcissistic?)
